Description
The experience of my first cancer, at a young age, when I was only eighteen, taught me that, in the difficult moments of life, even though we are often surrounded by many people, we are actually alone. It taught me that, if we want to achieve something, or even “just” live better, we have to roll up our sleeves and buckle down. Furthermore, my second cancer taught me that we never stop learning and sometimes we have to get to the bottom in order to rise again and come back to life. My personal growth path made me aware that we can change or simply improve ourselves by taking small daily steps, which will inevitably lead to great future achievements. This book is the result of my research and of my knowledge in the holistic and human field. It talks about the 23 strengths that every human being has, regardless of their age, gender or race. By means of simple but effective practical exercises, it invites you to take responsibility for your life, especially in a difficult moment, such as that of illness. This theoretical and practical book turns out to be useful to all those who believe that change is not only a natural life phase, but a constructive attitude of their evolution. Because cancer is not a destination point, but the starting point for your rebirth!
