Description
This book aims to investigate in depth some of the themes of great relevance for all those who are personally involved in the construction of new learning solutions that are aimed at transferring value to the citizens and workers of tomorrow. The scientific research described here is based on two questions:How is the context in which we live and work changing? What are the Drivers that facilitate the learning of the new work culture? The answers are intended to provide food for thought and a first practical orientation for the actors and stakeholders of the world of education and training, by defining the learning Drivers that have a strategic role in the acquisition of the necessary competences to inhabit the transforming world in which we are immersed. The relevance of complex ecosystems is also highlighted. These are spaces of possibilities, new environments that offer learning experiences in which learning agility functions simultaneously as a starting point, a methodological approach, and a point of arrival. The scope of action expands and involves not only the world of school and the world of work, but also brings into the mix the way people interact in any context, with a focus on values such as sustainability and social utility.
