THE FUTURE OF ENERGY IS GREEN
Venice. On a full-moon night, the members of a secret society gather in an ancient palace. Bepi Galvano, luminary of physics, is about to celebrate his eightieth birthday just a few streets away. His neighbours, three brilliant kids, are throwing a big party in his honour. That very night, however, the professor goes missing in circumstances which have yet to be clarified. Perhaps, that mysterious league, the Lunar Society, is the key for the enigma of his disappearance... In a maze-like Venice, three young kids are about to launch into a race against the time. The future of humanity could be hidden in the professor's latest invention, an incredible machine capable of producing green energy from water. It's up to Bepi's kids, now, to follow in his footsteps, and prevent eternal darkness from descending on the world we know.

Notas biográficas
Marco Alverà è nato a New York nel 1975. Laureato in Economia e Filosofia alla London School of Economics, lavora da vent’anni nell’energia, con esperienze in Enel ed Eni dove ha ricoperto ruoli manageriali di crescente responsabilità. Dal 2016 è amministratore delegato di Snam (www.snam.it), una delle principali società di infrastrutture energetiche al mondo. Snam è fortemente impegnata nella transizione energetica con nuove iniziative nel biometano, nella mobilità sostenibile, nell’efficienza energetica e nell’idrogeno. Nel 2019 la società ha sperimentato per prima in Europa l’immissione di idrogeno nella rete di trasmissione del gas naturale ed è stata l’unica azienda italiana a aderire all’Onu alla Zero Coalition perla decarbonizzazione dei trasporti via mare. Nello stesso anno ha avviato il programma Plastic Less per la progressiva eliminazione della plastica in azienda. Vive a Milano con Selvaggia e le loro due figlie Lipsi e Greta, di dieci e otto anni. Ama vogare e andare in barca a vela in laguna a Venezia, città di cui è originaria la sua famiglia.
