Adolescence is not only a time of great personal turbulence but also a crucial phase for personal development and growth. During this period, adolescents may well be confrontational and negative towards teachers and role models. It is, however, our duty to seek to break down barriers and help young people by sharing our knowledge and enabling them to fulfil their potential. The authors have succeeded in this task using the medium of theatre. They have used unconventional methods to free their students from the constraints of normal teaching so that they can learn in new ways.
